FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance Teams

FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance Teams will begin working in Moore County on Friday September 28, 2018 at 09:00 am. They will start in the Crains Creek Community and work throughout the entire county over the next few days.

This is an example of the identification badge that each FEMA representative should have.




  • FEMA representatives will not be asking for money or payment of any kind.
  • Be very aware of the potential for scammers and be sure that you verify who you are sharing information with.
  • Please call 911 if you need help verifying the credentials of any FEMA representative.
