Joye White-St. Louis accepts B Shift Major Position

Carthage, N.C. December 4th, 2018 – Joye White-St. Louis will assume the role of B Shift EMS Major on December 8th, 2018.  Joye began her paramedic career in 2000 with Moore County EMS and has served the citizens faithfully in the roles of paramedic and EMS Corporal.  Please join me as we welcome Joye to this leadership role.
